CE-500 Initial Type Rating Course Overview
Our CE-500 type rating course was built directly from our experience working with thousands of aviators over 20+ years.
Each training session is designed to teach you the fundamentals you will need in the air, as well as adapt to your personal strengths and weaknesses as a pilot. We find that in taking this approach to training instead of just passing your checkride, you will feel safe and competent leaving our facility.
LOFT provides comprehensive Citation training in our CE-560 Ultra Level D Full Flight Simulator, offering both Initial and Recurrent courses for the CE-500 type rating. In addition to these core programs, we also offer the CE-500 Single Pilot Exemption (SPE), SIC Initials and Recurrents, and the option to complete your ATP checkride as part of your initial. Whether you operate in a crew environment or fly single pilot, our seasoned Citation instructors tailor each session to your experience level and goals, ensuring a focused, supportive environment that helps you build confidence in the aircraft.
